**Civil Maintenance Supervisor**

**The Role**:

- Supervise internal work teams and external contractors to deliver high quality and cost-effective civil infrastructure maintenance that meets the City’s standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance work crews and coordinate delivery of services to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources

**Criteria**:

- Sound time management and organisational skills
- Well-developed human resource management and leadership skills including managing outside workforce
- Considerable knowledge of worksite safety in accordance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation
- Considerable experience in municipal engineering in construction and maintenance of civil infrastructure
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent and or considerable experience in similar works.
- Current ‘C’ class driver’s licence
