The role

As part of our Maritime - Alliance group, the Maintenance Planner will be responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of Main Work Lists (MWL) for Anzac Class Ships External Maintenance Periods (EMP’s).
- Collation of Planned Maintenance, Engineering Change (EC) and Defect repair tasks, to create and maintain a MWL.
- Liaise with Platform Group for the integration of Combat TRS’ into each EMP package ahead of delivery of a ‘Master’ MWL for each EMP.
- Development of the detailed maintenance requirements for Combat Systems tasks.
- Delivery of MWL1 and MWL2 for each EMP on or before the KDS date, IAW reporting requirements.
- Identification of long lead time material requirements for MWL tasks, and coordination of procurement and staging with the Supply Chain Team in sufficient time to support EMP execution.
- Incorporate outcomes and recommendations from the EMP Analysis Team and the wider Alliance participants to foster a continuous improvement culture for work package maturity and accuracy.
- Flexible work arrangements such as hybrid work from home / office, 9 day fortnight, job share and part time (0.8 FTE minimum) will be considered for this role._

About you
- Your skills and experience will include:_
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to adapt communication styles to suit the target audience.
- Demonstrated ability to design build and maintain dashboard reports to support executive reporting.
- Advanced skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products, in particular Excel.
- Knowledge of ANZAC platform systems and maintenance requirements.
- Working knowledge of Asset Management and Planning Systems (AMPS).

As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain a baseline clearance.
