**Job Description**:
The purpose of this position is to evaluate all RMAs (Returns Materials Authorisation), or factory/warehouse faults, and assemble Parts/accessories for sub-assemblies and Finished Goods.
- The RMA Officer will draw up services or repair all TZ / Hitachi job orders for approval.
- Once approved, perform the rework/repairs/service in accordance to approved job.
- Record all activities, generate service/repairs reports, after executing the tasks to high quality standards and leveraging on LEAN Six Sigma tools.
- Analyse and report on trends in relation to the failure of parts or components
- Assist with the issuing of recall notices
- Update Quality team on all RMAs
- Liaise with the OEM

**Qualifications**:
The right person will have the following:

- 3-5 years experience in servicing and repairs of commercial and domestic HVAC units, either as a field technician or factory repairs or facilities.
- Trade Certification as a Refrigeration Mechanic, this could be a Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or Certificate III in Electrotechnology Refrigeration and Air conditioning.
- Practical experience in testing, fault finding and repairs.

**Highly Desirable**:

- Field Technician who would like to transition to stable workshop environment.
- Experienced Technician who has worked in RMA departments.
- Experience with Hitachi and Temperzone units
- Refrigerant handling license
