**About The Role**
- Practical knowledge of Windows environments, WANs/LANs routing and experience in working with essential windows domain controller roles such as: Active Directory, Group policy services, certificate authority, as well as Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services including: Endpoints; Azure AD; Exchange Online; MS Teams; MS SharePoint etc.
- Ensuring IT disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities are in place and regularly tested
- Assisting users with report & dashboard design and management to yield meaningful metrics
- Experience in performing other critical IT operational activities including backup management, solution deployment, and change coordination.
- Understanding of continual service improvement principles and techniques, and experience conducting technology research and development activities.
**About You**
- Minimum of 3 years’ direct experience on IT support
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT and / or extensive experience in a similar role
- Proven experience on M365, Active Directory, Network & Security appliances including Printer & telephony
- Experience in delivering training and preparing training materials
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and other best practice in IT service delivery that underpin the provision of high quality IT support
- Working knowledge of current WAN/LAN network protocols, and standards
- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
- Ability to positively interact and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
- Critical thinking skills, including the ability to analyse and challenge conventional practice and ideas
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, M365 administration
