**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or as an IT Technician.
- Familiarity with computer hardware, software systems, and networks.
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose problems, and implement solutions effectively.
- Experience with various operating systems, including Windows and macOS, and networking devices.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, IT systems, and data backup/recovery.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
