**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a Project Officer, People and Workplace Relations to join Human Resources, Administrative Division.

The Project Officer has a key governance and advice role in supporting the University to comply with recent amendments to the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth). The role will also work to integrate Attendance Records into the University’s payroll system.

We’re offering this role as a hybrid position as part of QUT’s commitment to embracing the opportunities created by a more virtual and connected world.

**What you need to succeed**
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of a degree in human resources or relevant area with four years’ subsequent relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a project team.
- Complex problem solving and the ability to provide clear advice.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
