This role primarily oversees the coordination of the Gambler's Help Lived Experience Programs: Peer Connection, ReSPIN and the Gambling Harm Recovery Group. Together, these programs develop and facilitate diverse pathways to provide support and aid in recovery for those affected by gambling related harm.

This position will work closely with other programs and initiatives within the funded state-wide Gambler's Help services and is positioned within a supportive, multi-disciplinary team at Banyule Community Health.

**The key responsibilities for this position include**:

- Coordinating the Lived Experience Programs: Peer Connection, ReSPIN and the Gambling Harm Recovey Group, plus other peer programs as required
- Volunteer management and peer programs promotion, planning and reporting
- Consulting and collaborating both internally and with external organisations to build mutually beneficial relationships and networks that support the work of BCH Gambler's Help projects and programs
- Screen, assess and allocate clients into peer support programs and projects
- Respond to client or volunteer clinical risk, including conducting risk assessments and seeking clinical support as required

**Qualification and/or Experience**:

- Relevant qualifications and experience in administration, peer work, volunteering, social work, community development, or another relevant field
- Certificate IV in Volunteer Management (desirable)
- At least 2 years experience working with peer based programs (desirable)
- At least 2 years of volunteer management experience (desirable)
