- **About the opportunity**

Fonterra is in an exciting period of transformation as we shift our existing RPO recruitment model in Australia and across our Global Markets to an in-house, internal recruitment function. This is your opportunity to join our Internal Talent Acquisition Team as we shape the recruitment function to attract, develop and retain people to progress their careers within Fonterra.Reporting to the Australia Talent Acquisition Manager Global Markets, as Recruitment Partner, you will maintain overall responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process, offering advice, support, and operational recommendations for a seamless and highly engaging recruitment process.You will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, alongside the Talent Acquisition Sourcing team, to attract and select top talent across Australia, including sourcing, shortlisting, interview support and offer negotiation.This is a varied role with multiple stakeholders across a number of business units. Some of your other key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process (job briefing, sourcing strategy, screening to shortlist, interview support, pre-employment checks and offer negotiation)
- Ensuring best practice talent acquisition processes are consistently applied in line with Fonterra’s Global Standards and providing education and training to the Hiring Manager
- Providing relevant market insights, including employment market trends, to support the business and workforce planning requirements
- Understanding our internal talent and supporting the movement and growth our internal talent pool
- Consistently communication Fonterra’s Employee Value Proposition
