**THE ROLE**

The YMCA of South Australia is seeking a Customer Care Team Leader at The Whyalla Recreation Centre. As a Customer Care Team Leader, you will take on a crucial role in elevating customer service to new heights.

Your responsibilities involve leading a team dedicated to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for every visitor. By ensuring efficient operations and fostering positive interactions, you will contribute directly to the community’s satisfaction and enjoyment at the Centre. This role allows you to be at the forefront of enhancing the overall experience for individuals and families, making a lasting impact on the community through exceptional customer service.

**ABOUT THE Y**

YMCA South Australia is a not-for-profit community organisation that has served the South Australian community for more than 170 years. With 1000 employees (and growing), we deliver programs and services across the state in settings including community recreation centres, swimming pools, health and fitness facilities, community centres, camps, early education and schools and youth services.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- (HLTAID009) Provide CPR Certificate
- (HLTAID011) Provide First Aid Certificate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in Customer service
- Sales and Leadership skills are highly desirable
