The Disability Services Manager, also known as the Client Experience Manager, plays a crucial role in the Client Experience Team. They lead and manage a team of high-performing Support Workers to achieve strategic objectives. Using personalized client assessment, risk analysis, support planning, and goal-tracking technology, they provide clients with an excellent end-to-end experience. The Manager ensures that Nextt Support Workers work closely with clients to help them get the most out of life. They understand the value of having a Support Worker team around the client and coach and support the team to meet the needs, wants, and aspirations of clients.
This is a permanent full-time position that offers the flexibility of working in a hybrid manner to achieve a healthy work-life balance. The role is responsible for a portfolio located in the Northwest Metro region of Melbourne.
**About You**
- You possess exceptional people management skills, a service-oriented mindset, and a results-driven approach to solving problems.
- Your expertise in achieving success for clients, combined with your ability to collaborate effectively with others, makes you a valuable asset.
- Prior experience in the disability sector, especially in high physical needs and complex care, would be highly valued.
