Carepro Disability Services is a rapidly growing registered NDIS Service Provider with offices based in Perth and Melbourne. Our company has been supporting the disability sector since 2017 and we believe that exceptional customer service starts with employees who love what they do. We are currently seeking experienced support workers in Eastern suburbs and Mornington peninsula area.

**To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, the following skills and experience are essential**:
- Personal Care and Manual Hoist Experience
- Availability to workday / afternoon shifts
- Supporting healthy routines and skill development
- Keep accurate and complete records of activities / goals via progress notes.
- Clear and effective communication skills and ability to establish a professional relationship by engaging and interacting with participants, their families and co-workers.
- Community Access - Including taking participants into the community, social outings, appointments etc
- Domestic tasks including cleaning, washing and cooking.
- Experience working with High intensity Supports, AOD, BOC, Mental Health highly desirable.

**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Car and valid Australian driver's license
- Vehicle insurance policy and proof of car registration
- Well spoken and written English
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completed NDIS Orientation Module
- Current FA & CPR Certificates
- Cert IV Disability or other relevant qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year experience
- Ability to start immediately.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday Day shifts.
