**About Us**:
Uplinx Advanced Services is a fast-growing organization providing consulting, implementation and support services to government, health and large enterprise clients and multi-national companies in Australia.

**The Role**:

- A postgraduate qualification in Information Technology or Information Systems is a must.
- Certification or relevant qualification in Project/Program Management is a must
- Project Management experience in the network industry or experience in providing support to government bodies will be an advantage
- Experience with managing Service Level Agreements and escalation requests as part of service desk experience
- Knowledge of rostering processes and ticketing systems
- Experience with managing hardware replacements and license/contract renewal as part of customer support
- Ability to simultaneously handle engagement and build good work relationships with multiple customers from medium to large scale
- Ability to work autonomously on the delegated tasks

**What we offer**:

- A salary of $70,000 per annum + superannuation

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- NORTH SYDNEY, NSW 2060: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
