Administration Team Leader

**About the Role**: We are currently looking for two experienced Administration Team Leaders to deliver high quality, consumer focused administrative support service to the Emergency Department. This position leads and coordinates a frontline administrative team who work in partnership with the clinical team to implement and maintain effective administrative processes and systems, ensuring excellent customer service. This position supports MyHR processes and delivers effective training to new and existing team members.

- High level communication skills (both written and verbal) in keeping with professional and confidential services.
- Ability to build relationships with clients (patients and staff), that understand clients' needs and to deliver a high-quality service that meets these needs.
- Proven ability to work within and lead a team.
- High level analytical skills, strong problem-solving skills, and a logical approach to achieve outcomes with an awareness of the big picture.
- Strong working knowledge of office procedures, high level secretarial and administrative skills.
