We are currently seeking a Full-Time Educator who possesses the following qualifications and skills:
✨ A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services (or working towards).
✨ Prior experience in long day-care.
✨ Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
✨ Current Working with Children’s Check.

As an Educator at Guardian, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for children and families. You will contribute to curriculum decision-making, build meaningful relationships, and document children’s learning and development. With the support of our Centre Manager and Leadership Team, you will receive regular communication, valuable feedback, and comprehensive training.
