We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team.

Reporting to the Group Human Resources Manager, you will act as a first point of contact in providing comprehensive HR support, advice and guidance to managers, supervisors and employees, as well as perform reporting, ensure data integrity and assist with HR projects.

**About The Role**
- Provide general HR advice including but not limited to, matters relating to leave, employee performance and conduct, grievances, interpretation of awards and enterprise bargaining agreements, working in collaboration with the Group Human Resources Manager
- Assist with advice and support for Managers relating to performance management, disciplinary and other associated matters ensuring company compliance and process followed at all times.
- Respond to and action HR Service Desk tickets, enquiries, routine requests for information, escalating matters to the Group Human Resources Manager where necessary.
- Liaise with Group Huma n Resources Manager on a day-to-day basis and ensure matters are dealt with in a timely manner as well as provide project, administration, reporting and other support as required.
- Support the Group Human Resources Manager in the delivery of employee engagement initiatives and projects as part of our employee recruitment and retention strategy.
- Ensure all employee information in Kronos is in line with company compliance requirements and ensure any Kronos notifications are acted upon in a timely manner.
- Assist with any general Human Resources queries, issues or assistance where necessary.
- Perform reporting requirements as directed. Act as a back up to the team for any Human Resources, Recruitment and/or Learning and Development requirements where required.

You will be a self-starter who looks for process improvement and is able to work in a high volume and fast paced environment and thinks creatively.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Previous experience working in a similar role, ideally within a multi-site organisation
- Ability to interpret relevant Industrial Instruments (i.e. Enterprise Agreements, Contracts of Employment/Awards)
- Sound knowledge of Fair Work and associated legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A track record of taking initiative and achieving pragmatic outcomes
- The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence decisions
- A strong attention to detail and a passion to provide excellence in customer service to our internal clients
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with all employee related issues
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint Previous industry experience preferred but not essential
