The opportunity
Day to day, you'll cultivate and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and other key stakeholders in the Canberra market to grow LAB3 business.
Your focus will be on leveraging your network to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving end-to-end sales processes and taking the lead on GTM strategies that are centered around accelerating growth of LAB3 and our partners.
You'll collaborate closely with Principal Technologists, Delivery teams and Sales to develop and deliver tailored presales solutions that address client needs focusing on effectively communicating our value proposition and capabilities as the winning cloud solution.
You'll also represent our brand as a thought leader within the Canberra market, specifically the IT & Cloud industry, promoting our expertise, product and industry insight whilst mentoring team members contributing to their professional development.
What you'll bring to the role
- Experience leading services sales consulting (including professional services and managed services) with mid to large Public Sector clients.
- Strong understanding and experience of working within the Australian Federal government landscape and with government procurement processes.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to collaborate effectively with, and lead, technical experts.
- Deep awareness of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure Cloud) across IaaS, PaaS, DevOps, Digital Transformation, Security, Data, AI & Modern Workplace
- Experience cultivating and driving large-scale transformation projects in cloud centric environments
- Expertise leading end to end sales processes and solution selling methodologies. A background in program management could be advantageous
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence with key client and internal stakeholders and decision makers
