Technical Trainer Remanufacturing

**About the role**
Reporting to the National Training & Development Manager the Technical Trainer - Remanufacturing is responsible for design and delivery of Liebherr certified technical training curriculum to Liebherr employees, ensuring quality standards and statutory obligations are met and maintained.
**Duties**:
- Delivery of high-quality technical training on Liebherr components
- Liaise with local management regarding training requirements, needs and opportunities.
- Co-ordination with internal customers to deliver required technical training
- Maintain technical training records and documentation
- Partake in quality audits and assessments
- Develop training programs as required
**Skills & Experience**:
**About you**
- Have a passion for teaching, curious about future technologies and willingness to learn
- Experience facilitating technical training and familiar with adult learning methods
- Ability to identify opportunity/risk, propose solutions and take action
**Essential skills and experience**
- Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent trade certificate is essential
- Liebherr component and product experience is essential
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 will be highly regarded
- Previous experience in delivering training highly regarded
- Current Drivers licence
- Demonstrated analytical and technical aptitude
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Significant industry experience developing and delivering technical training programs
