Our client is looking for a Senior Photographic Producer to join their iconic, internationally renowned creative studio working across a diverse range of clients / projects in the fashion, retail, hospitality, beauty and lifestyle sectors.

You will be responsible for delivering all on-location photography and video shoots, which will be rolled out across video, print digital, social & in store.

You will be managing all shoots from conception, retouch to production for web, print and in-store. This will include sourcing, coordinating and managing the photographic production team (photographers, stylists, talent) as well as logistics i.e. studio, location, equipment etc.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative role, where you will work within our client’s full-service creative hub alongside Art Directors, Designers, Production team & Client Services to deliver the imagery required to support their clients creative vision.

You will have:
Proven shoot production experience in a fast-moving creative environment, ideally a creative agency and / or with an in-house brand / retailer.

Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets (and getting the most out of a budget) - negotiation is key.

Strong time keeping skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task whilst under pressure.

A focus and understanding of the creative output to deliver design intent, as well as a methodical and detail oriented approach to creative problem solving.

A people person with excellent communication skills and an approachable attitude within the immediate team and other internal departments is crucial.

Strong Outlook, Word and Excel skills; Knowledge of Photoshop and Indesign packages in addition would be beneficial.

A solid understanding of technical aspects of location photography and a capability and willingness to learn new skills and technology.
