About the Role:
Support the leadership team including the National Manager, Program Manager and Team Leaders in developing the capacity of the 8 Employment Service Area’s within the Employment Plus DES Program portfolio through the management of targeted performance improvement projects, conducting staff training, and reviewing contractual compliance via quality assessments to form process improvement initiatives.

The role will also involve providing technical advice and coaching to operations staff in support of them achieving increased positive performance outcomes for participants, ensuring that Eplus’s contractual compliance with the Department of Social Services is kept to a high standard, as well as monitoring claims and outcomes to maximise revenue, performance, and compliance standards.

The successful applicant can be based at any of the following site locations: Logan, Ipswich, Northern Sydney, Maroondah or ACT/Queanbeyan.

Role Responsibilities:

- Provide technical and operational expertise in support to the DES National Manager, Program Managers, and Team Leaders in support of business improvement initiatives
- Develop effective and supportive relationships with the EPlus DES teams across 8 Employment Service Areas, as well as EPlus’s other internal and external stakeholders, support services and business units
- Contribute to the development and execution of performance-based projects such as projects to improve ESA, Site, and overall business performance
- Undertake skills gap analysis of staff and sites to identify performance and knowledge gaps.
- Undertake quality assurance reviews in relation to contractual obligations and requirements and provide clear feedback on potential corrective actions
- Support Team Leaders with induction of new staff to shorten the time taken for staff to become fully functional and competent within their role
- Coach a team of operational staff with the goal of improving performance outcomes and participant engagement
- Actively monitor claims and outcomes to improve accuracy and compliance
- Available for interstate travel on occasions

Role Requirements:

- Possess a positive and proven track record working within the Employment Services industry - preferably within the current Disability Employment Services contract
- The ability to deliver training/coaching to both small and large groups, with an ability to adjust their communication style to suit the learning style of target audience
- Demonstrated ability to develop, deliver, monitor and evaluate key performance indicators and key result areas
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently
- A valid drivers licence and flexibility to travel between regions as required
