**About the facility**
Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

**About the role**
- Working collaboratively with the Change Manager and team, the Training Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of learning and development associated with the Optima Rostering Project, including providing HyperCare support. The training coordinator will identify and verify training needs, coordinate training schedules and deliver training to ensure employees receive the necessary support during critical transition periods.**About the culture**
