**The Role**

Positions are being sought specifically in the Enterprise Technology Systems Program Office (ETSPO) within the Enterprise Technology Division, and the Operational Engineering (OE) Branch within Mission Capability.

Whilst ETSPO is responsible for managing projects and delivering to customers external to ASD, OE Branch is responsible for developing leading-edge capabilities to support enterprise mission needs and cyber outcomes. These consist of a combination of:

- Delivery of new capability under the REDSPICE program,
- Enhancing and modernising existing capabilities.

ASD recognises and values working with its diverse internal and external stakeholders and customers, as well as the importance of developing appropriate engagement activities to support ASD's objectives. Within each project there will be varying levels of interest, impact, needs, concerns, values, wants, ideas, perceptions, bias and influence. ASD respects the diversity of stakeholder views, and encourages dialogue to understand the stakeholder’s perspectives.

Specifically, the Stakeholder Engagement Manager (EL1) will actively manage key stakeholder relationships and the role will be required to identify relevant stakeholders’ expectations and concerns to develop and communicate methodologies and practices to achieve outcomes.

**About our Team**
ASD is entering an exciting phase of growth, innovation and transformation. Our agency has committed to delivering REDSPICE, which is the most significant single investment in the Australian Signals Directorate’s 75 years.

These roles will be part of teams that will;
- Deliver new capability under the REDSPICE program
- Deliver ASD's major capability programs and
- Enhancing and modernising existing capabilities
- Coordinating and chairing monthly meetings with key stakeholders
- Discussing customers’ requirements and managing expectations regarding time-frames for deliverables.
- Coordinating engagement between relevant areas of ASD
- Supporting the delivery of technologies.

The successful applicant will be able to coordinate stakeholders from across Groups and functional areas, and engage and build relationships with both technical and business lead staff.

Although a technical background is not required, the applicant must be comfortable working in a technical environment.

The successful applicants will be able to:

- Appreciate the strategic and national security implications of their work.
- Write and communicate effectively, with a focus on conveying information to our key stakeholders.
- Priorities competing tasks and manage their time appropriately.
- Plan short-to-medium term objectives, working towards achieving long-term goals.
- Work collaboratively with in a multi-skilled team.
