**Description**:
This is a great opportunity to join our Irrigation team to help further expand our service delivery in and around Murray Bridge. We are looking for someone with direct experience in diagnosing and fixing Pivot systems with a true understanding of the benefits of Irrigation. You’ll be a confident communicator with a strong sense of customer service and technical capability.

**Key aspects of the role**:

- Support customers in installation, troubleshooting and parts support for predominantly Valley irrigation products
- Provide consistent customer support and interaction, as well as travel to customer sites to diagnose issues and provide training for ongoing maintenance and resolution of technical issues.
- Experience in the installation and maintenance of irrigation pumps is preferable.
- Work closely with the Irrigation Manager and other team members to resolve any technical issues with growers current or new irrigation systems.
- Drive the growth of the irrigation business by providing exceptional customer support and generate revenue through parts and service sales.
- The position will cover a large geographic area, not based in any one branch, because of this tracking and invoicing of service time, travel and parts is required in this position.
- Oversee the builds and complete the commissioning with the customer.

**What you’ll need**:

- Ability and willingness to travel domestically with overnight stays
- Trade qualification ideally fitter and turner, mechanic, plumber or electrician
- Effectively communicate technical solutions, ideas, and questions
- The ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- A current Australian drivers’ licence
- MR truck licence (desirable)
- Willingness/ability to attain a B class electrical ticket
