**OVERVIEW**

Our Federal Government client is currently seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to join their team at the EL1 level. Within this role you will manage and provide guidance in regards to procurement activities.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide oversight and guidance to areas in relation to procurement activities.
- Provide advice to support procurement activity.
- Maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- Provide help with management of issues that arise during procurement activities.
- Take action to resolve problems as required.
- Undertake other duties as necessary.

**EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Commonwealth procurement activities.
- Must be conversant with the Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
