**Production Video Editor and Animation - WooliesX
**The Opportunity**
This is an opportunity to join the WooliesX team during an exciting time of growth and innovation. You will help us solve challenges through world-class creative ideas while working on new initiatives across the entire WooliesX organisation.

As the Production Editor you will be responsible for animating and editing creative and compelling video content quickly and accurately to drive customer engagement across our digital platforms. You will join an in-house creative production team with the ambition and a commitment to deliver amazing results.

**The Role**
You will fully emerge within the Digital Design and Production Chapter, contributing to creating a respected and valued service to deliver highly customer-focused outcomes, and demonstrate a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**
- Edit video, scripts and image content for the group and relevant partners driving engagement across digital platforms
- Assist the Video Lead on video shoots and develop new ideas to make videos more engaging
- Design and storyboard animations according to the brand guidelines
- Develop motion graphics that compliment footage
- Produce video content for internal communications
- Colour grade raw footage and select appropriate music tracks and sound effects to go with videos and animations
- Export videos and animations in various outputs and aspect ratios
- Edit videos and create animations for digital use
- Work with designers to produce graphic assets
- Build editing templates to help train and upskill designers
- Upload all video projects to Frame and manage backups on external harddrives and on the shared server

**What you bring to the role**
- Advanced knowledge in After Effects, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
- Experience with 2D animation, with an interest in 3D animation is desirable
- The ability to deliver post-production speed and dexterity that does not sacrifice quality
- Adaptable, work independently and as part of a team to establish project deliverables
- Have a substantial portfolio in motion graphics, infographics and stop motion
- Basic colour grading skills (using Premiere Pro or Da Vinci)
- Proven experience in graphic design and illustration
- Highly organised in media management
- Experience within a high-volume corporate environment
- Passionate and positive energy for what you do
- A high degree of organisational effectiveness and attention to detail
- Must be self-motivated, resourceful and proactive
