**The Role**:
We are on the hunt for an experienced Video Producer who will help us continue to deliver innovative, objective-driven content that supports our clients’ business goals. As our Video Producer, you are a self-starter with excellent time management skills, responsible for creating videos, animations, podcasts, and other digital assets that form integral parts of communication strategies, campaigns, and events for Pixel Factory and our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead video production projects, from storyboarding and filming to post-production and delivery.
- Create and edit high-quality content, including videos, animations, and podcasts, for various digital platforms.
- Film, edit, colour grade, and produce video content, adding titles, graphics, and sound design.
- Set up and configure cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for shoots, and troubleshoot any issues during production.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with creative vision and project objectives.
- Stay on the forefront of digital trends and continually upskill yourself in new content creation techniques.
- Occasionally travel interstate or internationally for shoots as required.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on projects.
- Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Ability to storyboard from scripts and create shot lists that bring creative concepts to life.
- Proven experience with editing, colour grading, sound design, and storytelling.
- Strong technical skills in operating and setting up video equipment, with the ability to solve problems on the go.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with flexibility for occasional out-of-hours work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with on-screen talent who may be new to the camera.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
