We are seeking a sales-orientated Assistant Manage**r** to help lead our high-performing team in Artarmon Plush. This is a 35-hour permanent part-time role, working 10 am - 5:30 pm across five days. this does include working weekends and you can elect to have one rostered weekend off a month.

**About you**:

- Can demonstrate a proven track record in selling high-value items
- Can show us that you are driven to succeed, competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated, whilst able to successfully lead a team
- Have a genuine interest in people and can engage with them
- Are immaculately presented, suitable for a high-end showroom environment
- Have exceptional leadership and motivational skills and a strong desire to drive sales outcomes with every team member
- Previous experience in an Assistant Manager/2ic position within a Retail Sales environment, assisting to increase sales performance

**About the role**:

- Maximising sales opportunities while providing an excellent standard of customer service at all times
- Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions to customers' furnishing needs.
- Helping to lead a team to successfully achieve KPIs
- Engaging quickly and delivering efficient customer care
- Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing great aftercare service.
