**THE ROLE**

Due to an increase in remote WA projects for the Commercial Construction team, we have an exciting opportunity available for a highly skilled Supervisor to join our team.

You will provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to colleagues and sub-contractors whilst completing a variety of landscaping projects across WA.

Ideally you will have considerable experience working in a supervisory position on Commercial Construction Landscaping Projects and will be willing and able to tackle projects on a FIFO or DIDO basis. In between FIFO/DIDO jobs, local jobs will be available.

**To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate**:

- Ability to plan, schedule and implement projects ensuring projects are completed in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements as well as meeting the TDL standards;
- Supported by a Project Manager and Project Administrator, ensure project budgets and timelines are achieved in relation to project PC dates;
- An ability to communicate effectively with your colleagues, clients and sub-contractors;
- Be able to read, follow, and interpret plans and specifications;
- Ensure the TDL WHS policies, plans and procedures are followed on site;
- A high level of attention to detail, and ability to manage quality on site;
- A valid manual Drivers License / MR Truck Licence (preferred);
- A Construction Industry White Card;
- You must be physically fit and willing to work within our health and safety guidelines;
- An alignment to our company values (Respect, Accountability, Integrity and Passion).
