Darling Group is a leading Melbourne-based hospitality company that develops, owns, and operates many of Melbourne’s most recognised and acclaimed hospitality venues including Top Paddock, Higher Ground, Darling Cafe, The Kettle Black, Chez Dre, Dundas & Faussett, Bibelot, Token, Stringers Sorrento and Bambu Asian Eating House. Our forward-thinking philosophy creates world-class hospitality brands, all with a focus on service, design, innovation, and experience.

**Experience & Skills**:

- Previous relevant experience in a similar role, within a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional service standards and attention to detail
- Passion for hospitality and coffee
- Specialty coffee background is preferred
- Latte art skills are a must
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team
- Exceptional presentation and grooming
- Must have RSA certificate

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $24.08 - $34.79 per hour
