Black Diamond Agency is a national staffing agency, focused on activating a conversation between brands and their customers. We are all about promotions, events, expos, conferences and hospitality related activities

We are currently looking for passionate and enthusiastic hospitalitarians to join our team With a range of shifts available, our roles range from food and beverage attendants, wait staff, bartenders and baristas.

**You could be asked to**:

- Provide general wait staff duties for events or activations
- Whip up an amazing coffee using the latest in barista technology
- Provide exceptional tray service (canapes and drinks) for various events
- Show off your incredible cocktail making skills behind the bar
- Approach, converse and interact with our client’s customers
- Provide general customer care and assistance
- Assist with minor physical event set up, pack down and general operations

You will need:

- An outgoing personality
- Hospitality skills and experience
- Certificates and qualifications, where required (e.g RSA/FHC)
- Excellent English communication skills
- To take pride in your professional presentation
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- The ability to work on your feet and have a reasonable level of physical fitness
- That's it

We will:

- Pay you Award & above Award rates, fortnightly, through Tax File Number with superannuation on top

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.10 - $42.14 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne, VIC 3004: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
- Food Handling Certificate (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
