As the **Sponsorship & Content Coordinator,** you will contribute to keeping our world class partnership and activations with the Repco Supercars Championship and Dick Johnson Racing on track.

This role is for someone looking to use and upskill their partnership delivery, production and administrative skills. At GPC we are passionate about automotive enthusiasts and this role will focus on fan engagement, loyalty program delivery as well as assisting our content team in production scheduling, shoots and content delivery to stake holders. This is an exciting, fast paced role.

**Key areas of responsibility**
Production, Scheduling, Planning, Activation
- Assist the National Sponsorship Manager and Content Production Manager with event planning, show book production, and delivery of events with our key agency, sport and team partners.
- Coordinate our loyalty experiences at event, working with Supercars and the loyalty team to ensure our customers and fans have the best experience possible.
- Coordinate agency WIP’s and keep key activity on track.
- Coordinate internal communications to promote events and staff incentives, including assisting staff events and functions at key Supercar rounds.
- Assist with maintaining the content Production Schedule
- Work closely with the Producer, Videographers and Editors to serve internal customers from Marketing and Merchandise to assist in the creation of briefs that meet the messaging and creative requirements in line with the brand and marketing campaigns. This includes social media, entertainment, product showcases, internal comms, product tutorials and building out the YouTube channel.
- Keep internal clients informed of the status of their project
- The role is full time based in the South-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, It’s a Monday to Friday role with some weekend work when out at local events and interstate travel for some Supercar rounds.
- Manage and produce campaign assets
- Provides support for Repco with a trans-Tasman approach with the Marketing team
- Working with marketing campaigns and marketing activity
- Work cross-functionally and collaborate with the broader marketing
- Assist with advertising plans and business initiatives.
- self-motivated and details-oriented creative
- Support on creative development
- Working across customer research, creative, and promotional planning,
- Assist with advertising comms channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn

**About you**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a similar or extensive production assistant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in agency work (desirable)
- Ability to adapt to a quick moving environment with new ideas, concepts and ways of executing content being our main focus (desirable)
- An interest in sponsorship activation and video production process from inception to delivery including pre-production planning, studio/film set up, post-production delivery (desirable)
