The Role:


A newly created role to support our marketing team to achieve and exceed business outcomes, through planning, managing, producing and delivering loyalty marketing campaigns.

Working in our Personalisation & Optimisation pillar, you'll work closely with Brand, Optimisation, AMX, Sponsorship, Content, Repco and NAPA.

Duties include:

  • All aspects of loyalty marketing campaigns for our retail and trade businesses
  • Campaign planning
  • Budget management
  • Online hosting
  • New store roll outs
  • Event management
  • Post campaign analysis
  • Develop, manage and deliver business initiatives as per the plan/calendar
  • Platform data management
  • Manage PO register
  • Reporting, insights, and analysis
  • Plan and manage meetings, events and activations
  • Member communications
  • Manage digital and traditional marketing assets

About you:

  • Relevant qualifications/experience
  • Experience in a marketing generalist or specialist position
  • Retail /Loyalty exposure desirable
  • Experience with asset and multimedia production
  • Punctuality, reliability and ability to work autonomous
  • Highly developed written and verbal management, communication and computer skills
  • Flexible nature, comfortable working with competing priorities and in a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment
