**What you will be doing**

You will be responsible for coordinating administrative requirements and provide administrative support for our Sydney Training Centre. Assist all the training teams with preparation of classrooms, training material, record management and ensuring availability and serviceability of training aids. Providing central point of contact for the most effective and cost-efficient use of Training Facility resources.

**You'll be great in this role if you**:

- Demonstrated experience within airline operations
- Experience working within a training and development environment
- Experience in working with third party providers
- Strong administrative skills across the MS Office Suite
- Fantastic communication skills coupled with the ability build solid stakeholder relationships
