Based in our Canberra office, we're looking for a professional, experienced and customer-centric Talent Acquisition (**TA**) professional who prides themselves on their default ability to collaborate with senior leaders to bring amazing talent to our organisation.

We strongly support continuous learning opportunities at Optus, and you will be actively involved in TA projects focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

**Your skills to pay the bills**
- Strong experience managing a variety of roles (min 5 years), from entry level to senior executive positions across professional industry segments (in-house and / or agency experience considered);
- Deep Canberra based professional networks / contacts across the public sector highly advantageous;
- Highly organised with strong MS Office & LinkedIn Recruiter SME, with a proven ability to work to strict deadlines and with high volumes;
- Able to develop strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders; &
- Fun factor, passion, tenacity, flexibility, with a strong commitment to adding value to the broader Optus brand.
