**Your new role**
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Student Employment Consultant to lead our well-known Earn While You Learn program (EWYL). EWYL is a Student Success initiative that allows Curtin students to engage with paid part-time work on campus to complement their studies. On average the program places over 320 students annually in paid part-time work across the University. This is a fantastic opportunity, to develop your recruitment experience while making a direct impact on student employability and the University's graduate outcomes.
In this exciting role, you will work closely with hiring managers, students, and other stakeholders across the Curtin community to facilitate opportunities and raise the profile of Recruit Curtin activities. This position sits in our central employer engagement team - Recruit Curtin, which facilitates a host of other programs and large-scale industry events aimed at increasing industry engagement and student employability. The focus of this position is recruitment, and the program aims to continue to deliver job opportunities for our equity students.

This position sits in the Recruit Curtin team, and reports to the Recruit Curtin Team Lead.
