An opportunity has become available for a Customer Support Officer at our Adelaide Warehouse, where you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative assistance to the warehouse, ensuring reports are generated, data entered, and processes are followed correctly.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Efficient and accurate data entry of connotes, orders, and confirmations.
- Creation of purchase orders with precise allocation of information.
- Processing inbound and outbound customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Ensuring all picking slips are completed accurately for order processing.
- Managing inventory locations and systems in coordination with Warehouse Supervisor.
- Proactively communicating with customers on stock movements and deliveries.
- Generating various reports for management and customers as required.

**As a Customer Support Officer, you will have**:

- A customer-centric approach to problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience working with KPIs and targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data entry skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
