**About the Role**
The Resourcing Team Leader is responsible for the effective day to day operational delivery of the centralised rostering function to provide quality services to Yooralla’s clients. The centralised rostering function which includes Home & Living, Specialist Services, and Community Services (CS) Divisions together with the provision of after-hours rostering support.
The role is responsible for supporting in increasing the effectiveness of Kronos, Yooralla’s rostering system by fostering effective communication with operations managers and reviewing rosters on a regular basis to meet key performance indicators. Also, ensuring that the rostering and scheduling of staff is efficient and effective in the utilisation of staffing resources.
**About You**:
***To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification/ diploma in Administration / Business or related discipline Or, Equivalent knowledge and experience obtained through ongoing professional development
- Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance prior to your commencement
- Demonstrated understanding of best practice rostering principles and disability sector
- Experience using Kronos and Skedulo rostering systems, or similar
- Proven experience in scheduling and rostering staff in high volumes and in multiple services
- Indepth understanding of the NDIS funding
- Experience in management and team leading will be highly regarded but not essential
