**About the role**
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and team orientated individual to work alongside the Youth Achiever Program and Youth Aspire, Mentoring Coordinator within our Social Services to effectively develop and implement group activities to break down barriers, facilitate and encourage participation and create an atmosphere of inclusion and learning.
**What you will do**
- Attend the 3-day YAP Camp
- Actively participate and support the Youth Mentoring Coordinator in managing the group in a fun and inclusive way.
- Participate in workshops with the Youth Mentoring Coordinator and support the connections of the group members.
- Encourage participation and create an atmosphere of inclusion and learning.
- Hold a valid drivers licence and be willing and able to drive a mini-van.

- Passion for working with young people including those who have experienced some disadvantage
- Tertiary qualifications in youth work (desirable) or other relevant discipline.
