Social Futures is establishing two new-wellbeing hubs and expanding one of its programs in the Upper Hunter. All three programs are recruiting for program workers.

Position: Intake and Assessment Worker

Program: Head to Health Upper Hunter

Description: Free mental health support service for people aged 18+ experiencing distress. Provides a welcoming entry point for engagement, assessment, care planning and coordination, and recovery-oriented interventions.

Location: Muswellbrook with outreach to Singleton and Scone

Employment: Full-time and part time positions available

Number of positions: Three

SCHADS Level: 4.1

Good to know: This position includes shift work on weekends and evenings.

Program: AOD Hub
