**Health Care Worker**

**Permanent Part Time or Full Time - up to 80 hours per fortnight available**

**Multiple positions available - to commence as soon as possible**
- Classification_: Health Care Worker (IN27 - IN39) _
- Award_: _Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2021 - 2025 _

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

- Basic Life Support Certificate
- Person-centred care
- Motivated, empathetic and enthusiastic approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Montessori Model of Care

**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA**

**_ Qualifications: _**
- Certificate III or IV - Ageing Support (CHC43015) including the medication component or willingness to complete or Certificate III - Individual Support (CHC33015)

**_Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Experience or willingness to gain experience in aged care
- Knowledge of aged care standards
- Basic assessment and reporting skills
- Understanding of the concept of person-centred care
- Good communication skills
- A preparedness to engage in coach students and new staff
- Commitment to positive working relationships
