**WHAT WE NEED?**

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and manage our North Sydney area. Your primary focus will be to manage the day-to-day cleaning operations, ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients across the portfolio. You will supervise a high performing team through solid delegation, coaching and leadership capabilities.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO?**
- Managing the service delivery and performance of daily operations across a portfolio of commercial sites.
- Build and maintain strong and lasting client relationships.
- Driving adherence to performance standards across the portfolio in accordance with SOP’s, policies and service expectations.
- Driving role clarity and service expectations amongst the site base operations teams.
- Ensure all team members are effectively inducted, trained, skilled and supported to do the job, including managing underperformers.
- Ensure rosters are prepared to modern award and budgetary requirements.
- Implementing initiatives to drive a high performing and safe work environment.
- Provide regular reporting and operational analytics.
- Be required to work some shift work to manage the cleaning operations.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED?**
- A valid driving license.
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Experience managing cleaning teams across multiple sites preferred.
- Proven success in leading and developing a high performing team.
- Strong understanding of commercial cleaning equipment, chemical handling, and WHS requirements.
- Working knowledge of the Cleaning Services Award highly regarded however, not essential.
- Very high attention to detail, time management and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to motivate your team and empower them to deliver the highest standards.
- Good presentation, communication skills and a fluency in English.
- Ability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
