**PERSOLKELLY** is seeking an experienced **Dispatch Coordinator** to work at our client site at Coopers Plains. Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer and distributer of Steel.

This position is offering Monday - Friday work, immediate start. Paying $44 per hour.

In this role the successful applicant will be based in the dispatch office as well as the warehouse, working with the shifts and contract drivers. PPE required to be worn.

**About the role**:

- Check driver manifests prior to despatch for completeness and again on return for proof of delivery (POD)
- Cross check and sign off on driver hours, break times and monitor fatigue levels
- Prepare drivers load summary dockets in accordance with schedules
- Prepare and issue delivery documents, including dispatch dockets and consignment notes as required
- Post goods issued (PGI) delivery dockets upon departure check
- Coordinate departure of vehicles and times for inbound deliveries and follow up any issues
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding transport, deliveries, pickups, and test certificates
- Arrange return of goods from customers and finalise any relevant credit note documentation
- Manage documentation associated with customer pickups

**About the applicant**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Dispatch and fleet experience required
- Experience with SAP highly desirable
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to problem solve and stay calm under pressure
