As the **Marketing Manager - Health Services** you will be a senior member of the APM Corporate Marketing Team. Your focus will be on our direct-to-consumer businesses and services, and you will support the delivery and growth of APM’s health businesses via the development and execution of strategic marketing plans.

The role works closely with the broader marketing team, senior health leaders and internal and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, forward thinking, high achieving, and supportive team.

**Here’s what you’ll be doing**
- Development and delivery of marketing communications and campaign strategies to support the business delivery and growth of brands and services
- Oversight of planned marketing activity to deliver high quality outcomes including website optimisation, production of materials, advertising, contractor engagement, activity planning and lead funnel nurture and conversion campaigns
- Ensure strategy, insights and plans across the portfolio are fully integrated and linked to the overall brand growth strategies and market position
- Manage agency partners to ensure budgets, quality and agreements are upheld, and alignment of internal resources to track, measure, and report on campaign performance
- Manage integration of new business and develop and execute strategic marketing growth plans
- Work closely with APM’s health leaders, Brand Manager, content team, web, social and digital specialists to ensure channel optimisation and growth

**About you**
- Demonstrated capability in a similar role to design and deliver on strategic marketing solutions in B2C
- Previous demonstrated experience in CRM platforms and programs, digital and social channel management, automated marketing, and the Adobe and Canva creative suites
- Experience in content, relationship, and event marketing
- Strong experience in targeting and segment specific opportunities
- Self-disciplined and independently driven but able to work effectively in a team environment with shared goals
- Experience managing small teams
- The ability to self-direct, multi-task and work methodically to meet strict deadlines
- Strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills with an attention to details
- Proven commercial and analytical capability and the ability to leverage data-driven insights
- Experience dealing with senior internal and external managers
- Briefing suppliers and managing deadlines for materials
- 4+ years’ experience in a similar B2C role with demonstrated strategic marketing and business planning skills including experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing plans
- Knowledge of and experience in healthcare, aged care, disability, or therapy services marketing highly desirable
