Melbourne, Australia Vestas Full time

This position is 50% FTE and is for a Melbourne-based undergraduate engineer currently studying either a mechanical, chemical, or manufacturing degree.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Blade team in conducting inspections, damage annotation, and repair review.
- Collaborate with the Blade department leadership team to determine and deliver effective solutions for blade-related challenges.
- Collect and analyze data, creating comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes.
- Participate in root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop preventive measures.
- Draft and review technical memos, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing insights and suggestions for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless communication and workflow coordination.

**Qualifications**:

- Current enrollment in an undergraduate engineering program
- Basic understanding of engineering principles and familiarity with wind turbine technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Experience with data collection, analysis, and report creation is preferred.
