**ABOUT OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE**

Our client is one of Australia's leading hospitality entertainment providers. Due to extended growth within the business, they are now looking for a creative and experienced Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to efficiently grow the affiliate and partnership marketing channels and relationships in Australia and internationally.

In addition to campaign setup and delivery, the Affiliates & Partnerships Manager will be exposed to online, offline and viral growth channels, and develop hot leads from appropriate organisations into the organisations Sales Team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Develop and oversee the overall Affiliate & Partner Marketing strategy and ensure it is executed and optimised in line with agreed objectives;
- Foster meaningful and mutually-beneficial partnerships that are substantial and long-term across all core brands;
- Liaise with representatives from other Performance Marketing & CRM channels to ensure a “closed loop” approach to
affiliate/partner guest acquisition;
- Grow awareness and adoption of the overall brand as well as each of the experience brands amongst the business core segments;
- Seamless digital integration with all partners to deliver best-in-class guest booking/purchase/redemption experiences and reduce the load on Operations;
- Provide in depth reporting, analysis and insight to relevant stakeholders;
- Manage the code and discount platform; generating unique codes, creating usage rules and monitoring ongoing performance and troubleshooting where necessary within the platform;
- Develop new packages and pricing strategies for appropriate market segments in collaboration with the CMO and other cross-functional peers.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess previous experience in digital affiliate marketing, partnership marketing or business development;
- Have strong commercial awareness and the ability to negotiate favourable commercial agreements;
- Robust experience in digital marketing with respect to tracking performance digitally;
- Be able to build and maintain strong relationships;
- Are a skilled problem solver, and are not afraid to use new technology or adapt to a better more efficient way of working;
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with excellent organisational skills.
