**What can you bring to the team?**
- Minimum 12 months previous experience in a front-line customer service position.
- Well-developed organisational skills and initiative to prioritise workload and deliver timely services.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to ensure effective interactions with colleagues and customers.
- Possess excellent data input skills, including speed and accuracy.
- Previous experience working in Local Government would be an advantage.
- Certificate III in office administration or related field would be highly regarded.

**The finer details**

This part-time (32 hours per fortnight) Level 3 position attracts a pro-rata salary range of $67,472 - $72,970 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
