This full time role based in North Sydney presents a unique opportunity for your next career step into Digital Marketing.

**Working as a key member of our Marketing team you will help to oversee our Digital Platforms and lead the Digital Team as they undertake campaigns and projects for Bible Society Group.**

Working closely with stakeholders including Brand Managers, the Missions team, content producers and the rest of the Marketing team, you will be an excellent communicator and influencer who can build relationships and ensure projects and campaigns meet deadlines on time and on budget.

You love the opportunity to learn more about our supporters, taking initiative to discover their needs and deliver outcomes responsively. You will directly oversee our websites and other digital platforms and seek to ensure they are at an excellent standard, serve our supporters well and reflect our various brands. You also have a strong desire to further Bible Society Australia’s Mission of Opening The Bible to all people everywhere by all means possible.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Maintaining and optimising our websites and digital platforms
- Working with the Marketing Team to ensure digital campaigns are delivered effectively and on budget
- Leading the Digital Team by setting priorities, managing Digital projects, and allocating tasks
- Working with our developer to solve technical issues, build new functionality and ensure our integrations are working optimally
- Providing expertise and support to our various brands as required
- Reporting on key metrics including user audience measures (like acquisition & retention), ecommerce measurements (like conversion or abandonment), and associated targets
- Working with the Head of Marketing to develop the digital strategy for our brands
- Providing support to other BSA group departments as required

**Key Criteria**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a digital environment
- Demonstrated experience in communicating directly with end users and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience managing a team
- Ability to manage digital campaigns and projects and able to prioritise and delegate effectively
- Can work to fixed deadlines
- Clear communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience in web development, digital design, or a technical background (strongly preferred)
- Proven can do attitude and a willingness to work within a team
- Passion for playing a part of the whole mission and ministry of Bible Society
