**Your New Role Looks Like This**

The Manager, Business Readiness Health Insurance will create an environment where customers and employees experience are at the centre of all process, systems, and project changes. This role champions bringing simple, helpful, relevant, and rewarding life through design, communications, and execution, delivering desired customer and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Drive a genuinely, customer centric culture through quality insights, process design and business readiness execution
- Create a continuous improvement environment using lean six sigma, human centered design and experimentation, solving complex problems within Health Insurance
- Design and maintain all knowledge management artifacts to ensure employee have the necessary knowledge to deliver desired customer and business objectives
- Deliver operational communications based on the change / impact assessment to the Health Insurance business in conjunction with Leaders and project teams
- Driver Operational Excellence though processing quality, efficiency and customer outcomes in moments that matter.
- Act as the liaison between the Health Insurance business SMEs and enabling functions such as project management, change, learning and development, business intelligence teams to provide business/systems analysis services

**What we are looking for**
- Demonstrated leadership experience in developing high performing teams, developing people and coaching others
- Demonstrated experience in leading Business Process Improvement and Design - ideally within Health Insurance
- Proven ability to drive outcomes and operate effectively in ambiguous environments
- Experience in business analysis, portfolio management or a related field would be highly regarded
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
- Exposure to Human Centred Design would be looked upon favourably
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to deliver quality services
