Mitsui E&P Australia Pty Ltd (MEPAU) is a leading energy company in Australasia. We’re a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co. Ltd. and operate as the regional oil and gas exploration and production headquarters for Mitsui in Australia. We have interests in approximately 30 projects of various exploration/development stages and a rapidly growing operator presence in the Perth Basin.

We’re seeking a **Systems Analyst **to** **focus on our **Maintenance Management system**, joining our growing Perth office team of experienced professionals on a fulltime basis.

Reporting to the Applications Lead, you will:

- Manage and optimize Hexagon’s EAM software for operational use, including maintenance management, configuration, data management and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and training programs
- Deliver technical expertise and support to end-users of EAM software
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, quick reference guides and other documentation related to EAM software
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards and internal policies; as well as remaining up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
To be successful in this role, you’ll require the following skills and experience:

- Significant career experience in a similar role within an Operator organisation
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field
- A strong working knowledge of Hexagon’s EAM software configuration
- Ability to analyse, redesign and improve current and future software setups to support ongoing Operational requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
