About the role

We have an exciting opportunityfor a IT Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team.

We are seeking a self-motivatedand proactive individual to fulfil the role of IT Systems Analyst. Reporting tothe Director, IT – APAC & EMEA, the successful candidate will play acrucial role in designing, upgrading and maintaining of PHI’s infrastructureand systems in order to execute PHI’s IT vision and strategic goals.

Responsibilities of the roleinclude:

Supporta variety of users with divergent needs and skill levels, translate user needsinto viable solutions, accurately troubleshoot, and diagnose technology issuesin a complex international networked environment. Develop,support, and maintain the PHI International technology environment andapplications. Beactively involved in shaping and maintaining the future of all things Microsoft365. Cybersecurity- Develop and support cybersecurity systems for all PHI International users.Report any cybersecurity incidents or occurrences. Comply with anycybersecurity policies and procedures. Actively participate in allcybersecurity activities. Collaborativelywork with colleagues from across the globe on the developing PHI DigitalWorkplace. ITSupport Escalation – Respond to and resolve incoming IT support requeststhrough the IT helpdesk via escalation from the support team. Assist with thesupport and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and internal applications suchas Microsoft Office. Integration– Analyses, plans, and implements technical integration with IT systems byconsulting PHI International staff to discover their needs and how IT systemscould be introduced to fulfil business requirements. ITInfrastructure – Designs, implements and maintains all aspects of an enterprisenetwork and associated hardware and systems. Communicationand Collaboration – Assist with the integration of Microsoft 365 collaborativeand business analysis tools or applications to ensure effective communicationand collaboration can be utilised by all PHI International staff. SystemsTraining – Design and provide training systems and material for all PHIInternational IT systems in use by staff including Microsoft 365.

To be considered for this role,you will need:

Relevanttertiary qualification with IT subject majors or minimum of 5 years’ experiencewithin the IT Industry in a user or systems support role. Experienceconfiguring Cloud services, Microsoft 365 and Azure services. Experienceconfiguring and maintaining Microsoft hybrid environment. Ahigh degree of knowledge and comfort with managing onsite and cloud basedinfrastructure. Excellentcommunications skills – particularly in regard to working with people remotely. Experiencemanaging enterprise infrastructure within medium to large environments. Logicalthinking and attention to detail. Strongtroubleshooting skills. Timemanagement skills. Teamplayer attributes and ability to provide Level 2 and 3 IT helpdesk support.
