**Project Officer (HEO6) and $82,879-$89,525 per annum plus an employer contribution of 17% superannuation applies.**
- **Fixed term position for a period of 12 months**
- **The school of Computer and Mathematical Science is seeking to appoint a part-time (0.6FTE) Project Officer to plan and coordinate project activities, including scheduling, reporting and document control.**

Working under general direction with the Chief Investigator, the Project Officer will plan and coordinate project activities, including scheduling, reporting and document control.

Working closely with the Chief investigator, project teams and divisional teams to coordinate and support the delivery of milestones for research projects.

This will include scoping, planning of projects, establishment of project governance, development of comprehensive reports and data gathering and analysis, timeline monitoring and development of communication plans and reviews of current activity and processes.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering projects in challenging environments
- Demonstrated experience in negotiation and conflict resolution skills, including being proactive and outcome focused.
- Excellent interpersonal communications with various stakeholders, to provide a professional, responsive and client centric results.
- Be able to demonstrate an innovative mindset, take risks and explore new ways of doing things.
